He said " change going to happened if u want or not, u can't stop it, u are part the change process and u will inspire change, so accept and embrace change... "

He continued " anticipate when change is needed, facilitate change to create a positive outcome.. "

In the final session, he ask interesting question to thinnk " what changes do u see happening in the Malaysia in the future?.. how do u think change will be affect u and u're family?? " hurm.. interesting for me and who's become a leader..
